Welcome To Kindness in us

We’re wanting to bring back awareness to our daily interactions and crucial sensitivities to the world we share around us.

The invitation is to pause and to be curious, to be willing to take a closer look at some of your core beliefs. To share your thoughts with someone who can hold space for you to not know all the answers. When we have the space to share with out needing it to make sense by yourself or the other, something different can happen. We can find some of our beliefs that maybe in the way of our progress in certain situations in our lives. Noticing our reactions to situations that pop up in our relating to another is of great value, how we react if noticed will tell us much about ourselves. Finding our defences will free us and bring more ease and flow to our lives. Our defences are in the ways we shut ourselves and others down when our soft spots are being poked. The way to start noticing this is by listening to your body, you will feel tightness in areas of your body when you are moving into defending your opinions and beliefs. When we are trusting ourselves and our inner wisdom, there is no need to defend, we let every one be. This is the true kindness in us, the one that knows we are all unique humans having our own direct experience of life.

What we can do

We can be present in our own bodies, in our current experience. This is much more simple and one thinks, I do feel we experience presence in nature, when we see beauty in any form. we can label it all as in oh this is a beautiful flower and then we can be still and receive the beauty. being present is simply being where you are fully.

The art of seeing and being with

interconnection, as you can see in the images, they are many parts of the one tree in my garden. how each piece has its own feel to it, its own beauty. we are the same as nature, we all have our own unique expression and we will be seen in many different ways, this does not define us. there is so much more to us than the form. we are energy and this some can see and some not able to see. I do feel we can all feel it and are responding to it in ways we may not be aware of.
